AI tools are increasingly available for research and learning, but how do you determine which ones are truly useful—or ethical—to use? In this workshop, we'll critically evaluate AI tools, considering factors like their potential biases, environmental impact, and effectiveness for specific academic purposes. Together, we will explore how AI can both enhance and impede learning, and discuss strategies for making informed decisions about AI use.
