Faculty spotlight reports

There’s a new resource available from the Belonging & Community at UMD Survey! The Office of Faculty Affairs and ADVANCE recently did a deep dive into the survey data, creating three faculty spotlight reports that provide insights, questions to consider, and recommendations based on the survey findings.

The three reports focus on the following:

• Faculty Comfort with the Climate
• Faculty Perceptions of Promotion Criteria and Process
• Faculty Perceptions of Professional Resources at UMD
