Silvia Joya (she/her) has joined the Office of Civil Rights and Sexual Misconduct as intake and support manager. Prior to this role she worked for Target as a store director and HR manager. She holds a master's degree in business administration from University of Maryland and two bachelor's degrees in operations management/business analytics and supply chain management, also from the University of Maryland. She is a mom to a 9-month-old baby, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, playing the bass, and being active.
