Pay a visit to the Unboxing Innovation in Special Collections exhibition
Unboxing Innovation in Special Collections is a new exhibition showcasing the innovative work being done across UMD Libraries’ Special Collections and University Archives to expand access, grow collections, strengthen collaborations, and invite new audiences to unlock the richness within the archives. And it features The 1856 Project!
Thanks to our colleague Mouhanad Al Rifay for sharing this photo from the exhibition. You can check it out in the Hornbake Library gallery from now until July 2026; walk-in visitors are welcome during Special Collections' operating hours, Mondays through Fridays from 10 AM to 4 PM. Or sign up for a tour of the Unboxing Innovation exhibition!
